My classes explore Tarot, the Tree of Life, and embodied awareness as pathways to deeper self-understanding. Drawing from my background in bodywork and energy work, I approach these teachings through the lens of embodiment—how insight, experience, and consciousness are integrated through the physical body.

I currently teach through the online school The Sun, The Star, The Moon, which offers transpersonal classes designed to cultivate awareness, personal insight, and a deeper relationship with life.
